Description- Ignition Pilates is the forerunner in pilates training, offering
instruction on equipment for all levels from beginner to advanced. Ignition
Pilates utilizes HNSR (Habitual Nervous System Redirection) in addition to Stott
Pilates training. HNSR works to redirect nerve impulses down dormant pathways
which awaken and strengthen weak muscles.
Ignition Pilates also offers the latest piece of Stott Pilates equipment, the
V2Max, a hybrid of the classical Reformer and Cadillac. In using the V2Max, the
client benefits from what both machines have to offer in one exercise.
